Our Commitment to Reconciliation
At Acronym, we acknowledge with deep respect that we live and work across the unceded, traditional, and ancestral territories of many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Peoples, including the Songhees, Esquimalt, W̱SÁNEĆ, Coast Ts'msyen, Scia’new, T’Sou-ke, xÊ·mÉ™θkÊ·É™yÌ“É™m (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and sÉ™lilwÉ™taɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Peoples.

As a collective of consultants from diverse racial backgrounds and lived experiences, we are each on our own path of learning and unlearning in Reconciliation. We approach this work from our marginalized identities and aim to walk gently alongside Indigenous Peoples. While distinct from Reconciliation, our efforts to build capacity, understanding, and social responsibility are intended to help support Indigenous sovereignty and self-determination.

Who we are
Acronym Consulting is lived expertise. Our consultants are skilled and knowledgeable in the acronyms that form their identity with each excelling in different areas such as: adult learning, facilitation, research, employee resource groups, change management, strategy development, strategy implementation and resource creation. Each of our consultants is also humbly on their own learning journey, keeping them connected to holding space for others in a way that models, welcomes, and encourages ongoing growth.
